These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed for cakes and other products supplied by Misa's Patisserie.

We reserve the right to make amendments to these Terms and Conditions at any time.
2. Orders and Payment

Orders can be placed through our website by filling the enquiry form, by email, by WhatsApp or in person at our premises.

Full payment is required to confirm your order. Payment can be made via accepted payment methods, e.g., bank transfer, credit card, PayPal (transaction fee may be applied if via credit card and PayPal).

Prices are subject to change without prior notice, though confirmed orders will not be affected by price changes.

Any special dietary requirements or allergies must be disclosed at the time of ordering. While we take precautions, please note that our kitchen handles nuts, gluten, and other allergens.
3. Changes to Orders

Any changes to your order (e.g., design, flavour, quantity/size) must be requested at least 5 days before the delivery/collection date and may incur additional charges.

We will do our best to accommodate last-minute changes but cannot guarantee availability.
4. Cake Design and Alterations

We strive to match the design agreed upon at the time of ordering. However, due to the handmade nature of our cakes, slight variations in colour, shape, and decoration may occur.

We reserve the right to make minor adjustments to design and ingredients if certain materials become unavailable. We will inform you if any significant changes are necessary.
​​**At Misa’s Patisserie, every cake is a handcrafted creation, made with care and attention to detail. While we take inspiration from reference images, we do not create exact replicas of any design. Each cake is unique, and variations in colour, decoration, and overall appearance may occur due to the handmade nature of our work, different ingredients, and natural lighting effects. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that your cake will be an original creation inspired by your references rather than an identical copy. If you have specific preferences, we’re happy to discuss them in advance to ensure we align with your vision while maintaining our artistic approach.
5. Cancellations and Refunds

Orders cancelled more than 14 days before the delivery/collection date may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
- Cancellations received at least 14 days before the scheduled cake day are eligible for a full refund;
- Cancellations made 7-14 days before the scheduled cake day are eligible for a 50% refund.

Orders cancelled within 7 days of the delivery/collection date are non-refundable and no credit can be issued, due to the perishable nature of our products.

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 3-5 days of the cancellation.
6. Collection and Delivery

You may collect your cake from our premises in Blackheath SE3 during business hours (appointment only).
- Once a cake is collected by the customer or their designated representative, Misa's Patisserie is not liable for any damage that occurs thereafter.

We partner with a third-party service for cake deliveries and offer delivery across Greater London for an additional fee. Delivery charges vary depending on the distance from our location.
- Our delivery service ensures cakes are transported securely to the specified address. Upon delivery, we require a signature to confirm receipt in good condition. After this confirmation, Misa's Patisserie is not responsible for any damage.
- Misa's Patisserie documents each cake with photographs before collection or delivery to ensure quality and design accuracy.

While we take care to deliver on time, we cannot be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as traffic or weather.​
7. Storage and Handling

Cakes should be stored in a cool, dry place and kept out of direct sunlight.

Once collected or delivered, the responsibility for the storage and safe consumption of the cake lies with the customer.

Responsibility for the cake transfers to the customer upon collection or delivery. Misa's Patisserie is not liable for any damage incurred due to improper handling or storage once the cake is in the customer's possession.
8. Liability

Misa's Patisserie shall not be liable for any damage, loss, or personal injury related to the use or consumption of our products unless caused by our negligence.

In no event shall our liability exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific order.
9. Complaints

If you are unsatisfied with your cake or experience any issues, please contact us within two (2)hours of receiving the cake to address your concerns.

Optimal solution will be offered at our discretion and based on the specific situation.
10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
