How far in advance should I order my cake?

We recommend ordering your cake at least two weeks in advance for the single tiered, and four to six weeks in advance for the multiple tiered to ensure availability. However, if you have a last-minute request, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your order.

Do you make vegan cakes? 

We appreciate your interest in vegan options. At the moment, we haven't incorporated vegan cakes into our offerings but all our cakes are vegetarian because we don't use gelatine when making them. This decision is based on various factors, including our current menu, ingredient sourcing, and the complexity of achieving the desired taste and texture without traditional ingredients. However, we're always open to feedback and consider evolving our offerings based on customer preferences. What size of the cake do I need?

Many people concern about the size, so please check out our serving size guide below, you might have some ideas.  ​ 6 inch - 4 to 8 servings;  7 inch - 6 to 10 servings;  8 inch - 10 to 14 servings; 9 inch - 10 to 18 servings;  10 inch - 12 to 22 servings. ​ *The exact servings depend on how big of slice you cut the cake :)  ​ Please note, we've only got 6, 8 and 10 inch for the heart shaped currently, but we do have all the sizes for the round shaped cakes from 4 to 10 inch :)

Late Fee Policy for Cake Collection

At Misa's, we take pride in crafting delicious cakes and ensuring our customers receive them at the peak of freshness. To facilitate a smooth collection process, we have instituted the following late fee policy for cake pickups: 1. Scheduled Pickup: Cake orders are scheduled for pickup on the agreed-upon date and time. It is the customer's responsibility to collect the cake at the designated pickup time. 2. Timely Collection: Cakes must be collected at the specified pickup time to maintain their quality and freshness. Failure to collect the cake within 30 minutes of the agreed-upon pickup time will result in the application of a late fee. 3. Late Fee Calculation: A late fee of £10  will be charged for each half hour when the cake remains uncollected beyond the scheduled pickup time. 4. Waiver or Exceptions: Exceptions to this policy may be considered under exceptional circumstances. Customers facing unforeseen difficulties in cake pickup are encouraged to contact our bakery as soon as possible via WhatsApp at +44 777 8687 888 to discuss options. 5. Impact on Cake Quality: Please note that cakes are perishable items. Delayed pickups may affect the quality and freshness of the product, and the bakery cannot guarantee the same level of freshness for cakes not collected on time. 6. Cancellation of Orders: If the cake is not collected within 3 hours, the order may be considered canceled, and any payments made may not be eligible for a refund. **Important Note:** It is the customer's responsibility to collect the cake at the agreed-upon time. Late fees are non-negotiable after the specified pickup time. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our cake collection policy. How do I place an order?

You can place an order by filling out our online form (by clicking "Order Your Cake Here" button on our page) or by dropping us a line via email / WhatsApp. Once we receive your enquiry, we will be in touch ASAP to confirm the details and discuss any special requests or dietary requirements.

How much do your bespoke cakes cost?

The cost of a bespoke cake varies depending on the size, design, and complexity of the cake, as every detail matters. Please feel free to drop us a line, and we will provide you with a personalised quote based on your specific needs. **While our smaller cakes (such as 4 & 5 inch mini sizes) may seem pricier, it's important to understand that the intricate decorating process demands the same amount of skill and time as our larger cakes. Each cake, regardless of size, receives the same level of attention to detail, ensuring a high-quality and visually stunning creation. The craftsmanship involved in decorating remains consistent, just on a smaller canvas, making every bite as delightful as our larger counterparts.

Where to collect my cakes? Do you offer delivery?

We are based in Blackheath, just near Greenwich. You are more than welcome to come around to pick up your cake in person or have someone to collet it on your behalf.  And yes, we do offer delivery across London (not nationwide unfortunatly) please message us your full post code, and we'll check the delivery quote for you (the final cost may vary depending on the exact address) **Please note, we book our courier with either Addison Lee or the Extra Care service from Swiftee, so the cost could be slightly higher than normal, but you can always book the cab yourself to pick up the cake on your behalf and get it delivered if you prefer to.

Can you replicate a cake design I found online?

While we cannot replicate exact designs due to copyright restrictions, we can create a custom cake inspired by your favourite designs. Contact us to discuss your vision for your cake.

What is your cancellation policy?

At Misa’s Patisserie, we strive to provide the best service possible to our valued customers. As part of our commitment to transparency and excellent service, we would like to outline our cancellation and refund policy: Cancellation Policy: - For cancellations made at least 14 days before the scheduled pickup/delivery date, a full refund will be issued. - Cancellations made within 7-13 days of the scheduled pickup/delivery date may result in a 50% of the original payment for the cancellation fee to cover any incurred expenses. - Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled pickup/delivery date, no refund will be issued.  Refund Policy: - Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of the approved cancellation. - Any refund issued will be made through the original payment method.  Please note that customised or personalised orders may have specific conditions based on the stage of production or the uniqueness of the request. We understand that circumstances may change, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs within the scope of our policy.
