2. Orders and Payment

Orders can be placed through our website by filling the enquiry form, by email, by WhatsApp or in person at our premises.

Full payment is required to confirm your order. Payment can be made via accepted payment methods, e.g., bank transfer, credit card, PayPal (transaction fee may be applied if via credit card and PayPal).

Prices are subject to change without prior notice, though confirmed orders will not be affected by price changes.

Any special dietary requirements or allergies must be disclosed at the time of ordering. While we take precautions, please note that our kitchen handles nuts, gluten, and other allergens.
3. Changes to Orders

Any changes to your order (e.g., design, flavour, quantity/size) must be requested at least 5 days before the delivery/collection date and may incur additional charges.

We will do our best to accommodate last-minute changes but cannot guarantee availability.
4. Cancellations and Refunds

Orders canceled more than 14 days before the delivery/collection date may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

Orders canceled within 7 days of the delivery/collection date are non-refundable due to the perishable nature of our products.

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 3-5 days of the cancellation.
5. Collection and Delivery

You may collect your cake from our premises in Blackheath SE3 during business hours (appointment only).

We offer delivery across Greater London at an additional cost. Delivery charges vary based on the distance from our location.

While we take care to deliver on time, we cannot be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as traffic or weather.
6. Cake Design and Alterations

We strive to match the design agreed upon at the time of ordering. However, due to the handmade nature of our cakes, slight variations in colour, shape, and decoration may occur.

We reserve the right to make minor adjustments to design and ingredients if certain materials become unavailable. We will inform you if any significant changes are necessary.
7. Storage and Handling

Cakes should be stored in a cool, dry place and kept out of direct sunlight.

Once collected or delivered, the responsibility for the storage and safe consumption of the cake lies with the customer.

Misa's Patisserie will not be liable for any damage that occurs after collection or delivery.
8. Liability

Misa's Patisserie shall not be liable for any damage, loss, or personal injury related to the use or consumption of our products unless caused by our negligence.

In no event shall our liability exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific order.
9. Complaints

If you are unsatisfied with your cake or experience any issues, please contact us within 12 hours of receiving the cake to address your concerns.

Optimal solution will be offered at our discretion and based on the specific situation.
10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
